What we collect
To send you a book we need your name, delivery address, PIN code, email address and phone number. If you join the Class 12 waiting list we store only your email address, and your name if you give it.
Payments
Payments are handled by our payment gateway. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details — those go directly to the gateway, which is certified to handle them.
Why we hold it
Your address is used to deliver your order and for nothing else. Your email is used to send your order confirmation and shipping update. Your phone number is given to the courier so they can reach you on the day of delivery, and it is what you sign in with — so we keep a note of which order it belongs to.
Signing in, and your three devices
A purchase works on three devices at a time. To manage that we store, against your order, what kind of device each one is and which browser it uses — for example “Android phone, Chrome” — and the date it was last used, so you can tell your own devices apart when you ask us to change one. We do not store your IP address, your location or anything else about your device. A cookie holds a signed token that keeps you signed in; it carries no personal data, and signing out deletes it.
Your practice
If you use the practice tests we keep your scores, which questions you got wrong, and how long you spent on them, so the site can show you your progress and let you drill your mistakes. This belongs to you: it is shown only to someone signed in to your order, and it is deleted with your order.
The questions after checkout
After payment we ask which year you are in, which NEET you are sitting, and how you heard about the book. All three are optional and are used only to decide who to tell about the Class 12 book. They are never used to target advertising.
What we never do
We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with anyone except the courier delivering your parcel and the payment gateway processing your payment. We do not send marketing email to customers who have not asked for it.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. Waiting-list emails are deleted once the Class 12 launch email has been sent. Your practice record — every paper, your progress and your mistake notebook — is kept for three years, so a student who starts in Class 11 still has all of it on exam day. Device records are kept for as long as the device is signed in.
If you are under 18
Many NEET aspirants are. We ask for as little as we can, we never profile students or use anything above for advertising, and a parent or guardian can email us to see, correct or delete anything we hold about their child.
