Refund policy

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 15 minutes of being placed. After that your order moves to packing, and parcels leave within 1–2 working days — so please email us immediately if you need to cancel. We will cancel and refund in full provided the parcel has not yet been dispatched.

Returns

Printed books cannot be resold once they have left us, so we do not accept returns for change of mind.

Damaged or misprinted copies

This is the exception, and we treat it generously. If your copy arrives damaged, has pages missing, or is misprinted, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement at our cost, or refund you in full — your choice. You will not be asked to post the damaged copy back.

Wrong item

If you receive something other than what you ordered, we replace it at our cost.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank usually takes 5–7 working days to show it.
